2. Income Tax Payers:

Farmer families with one or more members who have filed income tax returns in the previous assessment year are not eligible.

3. Institutional Landholders:

Institutional landholders, such as government institutions and their units, are excluded from the scheme.

4. Political Representatives:

Former and present holders of constitutional posts, former and present ministers, members of Parliament (MPs), members of Legislative Assemblies (MLAs), members of Legislative Councils (MLCs), as well as former and present mayors of municipal corporations, and former and present chairpersons of district panchayats, are not eligible.

5. Professionals:

Farmer families in which one or more members are professionals like doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants, and architects registered with professional bodies and carrying out the profession by undertaking practices are not eligible.
